It goes without saying that I am a novice at website design.
I tried to learn enough coding to build a custom site but was quickly out of my
depth. I opted for the Moodle format because I was familiar with it from my
teaching and it is flexible enough to be adequate, though it is certainly not
pretty. If anyone has ideas about how to improve it, I am all ears.
One specific project I have is to identify characters that
occur in Zhuangzi but nowhere else in ancient Chinese literature. There are
more than you would think. I outline the project in Hapax legomenoi and
Character count steps. I don’t think it looks too difficult, though it is
beyond my abilities. I had a student who was going to help me but he graduated.
