I take it that 不止 bùzhĭ, here, "not stopping," means "not stopping [stopping]" and that 坐馳 zùochí, literally "sitting and galloping" (which sounds like what Buddhist meditators describe as "the monkey mind") is not blessed, in contrast to 坐忘 zùowáng, "sitting and forgetting."
